Responsibilities

Operations Support :

- Keep administrative systems running smoothly
- Support day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency across teams
- Manage proposals, project tracking, timecards, expenses, and budgets
- Evaluate compliance with company policies and generate project reports

Commercial Support :





- Assist senior consultants with key commercial tasks
- Update and manage opportunities in our CRM
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and client communications
- Conduct market research to support business growth

Administrative Support :

- Organize digital and physical information systems
- Prepare reports, memos, and coordinate travel arrangements for the team

Qualifications

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Life Sciences, or related field
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in administrative support

Skills & Mindset :

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in the Life Sciences sector is a plus
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to adapt quickly
- Customer-focused with a positive approach
