Overview
Senior IT Assistant in the Department of Surgery, School of Clinical Medicine. Ref.: . The position is full-time and on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contributions to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.

Responsibilities
- Provide audio visual and IT technical services to various workshops, conferences, and lectures.
- Coordinate setting up venues and troubleshoot/maintain the department's computers, audio and visual facilities.
- Provide technical assistance to staff members and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education/Experience: 5 passes in HKCEE; or a minimum Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE; or a recognized Higher Diploma or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines; and at least 2 years’ relevant work experience.
- Skills: Knowledge of software applications including MS Office and photo/video editing software; strong troubleshooting and maintenance capabilities for PCs and other computer equipment.
- Personal: Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.

- Contract: Full-time, two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contributions to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary; renewal subject to mutual agreement.
