What are we looking for?
We are looking for an CRM User Functional Support working close to one of our main clients in banking sector.




Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
Functional Support for Front Office teams in the CRM tool
Manage support and incidences
Investigate possible incidences to typify them
Follow up incidences with technical team
Upload files and Amend/Update records
Proactively propose improvement/enhancement to the tool to avoid problems or reduce the amount of time for manual processes
Participate with Functional team to understand the tool and the business in order to support Front Office users in their day to day
Create Reports and Dashboard supporting business
What UST expects from you?
Experience as Functional Support with CRM
Be proactive, bring ideas for improvements to the tool
Ease with technology
Nice to have: Salesforce Knwoledge and CIB Knwoledge
Nice to have: Good english level (B2-C1)
Hybrid. Madrid. 2-3 days a week in the office.
