Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced technology lead to own solution design and delivery of Revenue Management,
Pricing and Tender mgmt. applications across the European and international regions. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our IT solutions meet the evolving needs of the business.

Work closely with business stakeholders, third-party providers, and internal tech teams to deliver scalable, integrated applications. Own the end-to-end design and delivery of cutting-edge pricing and revenue solutions. Collaborate with solution architects, ERP teams, and data scientists to shape the future of commercial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Ownership:
Lead solution design and architecture for Revenue Management, Pricing and Tender mgmt.
Applications across Europe and Intl. regions, aligning with global IT strategy and business objectives.
- Program & Project Delivery:
Oversee end-to-end delivery of new systems and enhancements – from requirements gathering through go-live – across a landscape of custom-built and third-party applications (e.g., Model N, Vistex)
- Application Landscape Management:
Manage a complex mix of applications including:
- Internal solutions built using SharePoint, SQL, and ML/AI models.
- Custom workflows for contract management, pricing approvals, and claim adjudication.
- Integration with SAP ERP and other enterprise platforms.
- Continuous Improvement:
Identify and champion process improvements, automation opportunities, and the adoption of advanced technologies like AI/ML for pricing analytics and tender optimization.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate activities across internal developers, business users, third-party vendors, and the managed services provider for application support and maintenance.
- Compliance & Localization:
Ensure systems are compliant with local European regulatory requirements and accommodate multi-language functionality as required.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in IT roles with at least 5 years in senior roles delivering Revenue Management, Pricing and Tender Mgmt. applications in a regulated industry (pharmaceuticals preferred).
- Strong knowledge of European market access, contracts, pricing and reimbursement, rebates, tenders,
and Gross-to-Net processes and associated applications.
- Proven experience working with ERP systems, particularly SAP (SD, FI, CO integration).
- Experience in SAP Vistex ( highly preferred); Experience working with Model N or any other third-party revenue management, pricing and Tender management applications preferred.
- Experience with system design, configuration, and delivery across diverse technologies (e.g., SharePoint, SQL, AI/ML).
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate complex business needs into technology solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate across multicultural teams and distributed environments.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
Preferred Location:
Prague (Czech Republic)
or Madrid (Spain)
Occasional travel may be required.
