What are we looking for? /bbr
We are looking for a passionate, creative and strategic Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO) with extensive experience in the FMCG and food industry to join our team.br
You will have four direct reports: Sales Director, Marketing Director, Digital Director, and Design Director.

As CSMO, you will help us continue to foster a culture of excellence and drive our commitment to providing high-quality products in the children's nutrition sector.
You will be part of the company's C-level team, reporting directly to the CEO.br
Your role will be key in driving the strategic plan for the next five years,
with a strong focus on sales channels, optimizing our product assortment, maximizing our current distribution, and strengthening trade marketing efforts.br
Close collaboration with the rest of the C-level team (CFO, CPO, COO) will also be essential. /pullib
Channel Strategy: /b Develop strategies for different channels (Retail, Pharma, Organic, E-commerce). /lilib
Revenue and Pricing Strategy: /b Define and implement revenue and pricing strategies to drive growth and profitability. /lilib
Promotional Vision: /b Create and oversee the company's promotional strategies to increase market share and brand visibility. /lilibPL Responsibility: /b Oversee PL for each channel, ensuring financial targets are met. /lilib
Forecasting and Budgeting: /b Lead monthly forecasts and follow-up against budget by category and SKU. /lilib
Active Involvement in NRD (New Product Development): /b Participate actively in the company's NRD process to ensure commercial viability of new products. /lilib
Trade Marketing Strategy: /b Develop and execute the company's trade marketing strategy. /lilib
Demand Creation Strategy: /b Drive strategies that generate demand across all sales channels. /li /ulp

What do you bring? /bbr
At least 15 years of experience in sales and trade marketing role.br4 or more years in a similar leadership role.br
Experience working in a start-up/scale-up.br
Proven experience in managing teams of more than 10 people.br
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).br
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams.br
Strong skills in planning and execution of strategic plans.br
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.br
Ability to analyse data and metrics to make informed decisions.br
Sales experience with the pharmacy sector is an asset. /ppb

In the first 6 months, you will focus on optimizing the current sales strategies, reviewing existing marketing plans, and aligning the teams towards a unified vision for growth.br
You will also play an active role in integrating new products into the market successfully. /pp
