The Role Our Technology team is among the best globally. We build new financial backends and innovative apps, focusing on creating world-class features used by millions worldwide. We prefer minimal external frameworks, emphasizing maintainability, TDD, DDD, and CI/CD. Responsibilities Building mobile APIs Developing microservices to enhance our architecture Maintaining critical systems like risk management, fraud detection, and payment processing Engaging in greenfield development and improving existing systems Requirements Fluency in Java 6+ years of backend development experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, maths, physics, or similar Quick learner with an ambitious, results-driven attitude Strong teamwork and communication skills Fluent in English Nice to Have Experience with Kotlin or Scala Background in finance Experience in startups or scale-ups Product-focused environment experience Additional Information We value diversity and inclusion, believing they foster innovation and excellence.
