Together, let's transform the way the world pays.Job Description and ResponsibilitiesThe role is focussed on the commercial management and GTM strategies for Digital ProductsStrategy & ExecutionLead development of annual operating plan and multi-year outlook process:

including defining strategic opportunities to accelerate growth, setting and cascading revenue and scorecard targets to markets; and developing operational and technology investments needed to execute against planDriving key strategic, financial, and operational activities by developing progress reports, updates, dashboards and hosting monthly business reviewsRegular sessions with Cluster Product and Sales teams to cover strategy, pipeline and progress against goals for each of the digital products in portfolioLead on defining and executing cross functional strategic initiatives to deliver on goals and mitigate objectives that are off trackWork closely with Sales Account Executives (within Merchant Sales & Acquiring and Digital Partnerships), and ensure they are aligned on digital products strategy for region and have regional sales toolkit to drive market growth. Provide support as required including validity of positioning and business use cases.Product commercialisationDevelop the go to market strategy for all digital products, through data driven benefits strategy and clear segmentation & distribution strategy of enablers and strategic merchantsDevelop the growth strategy and drive solutions adoption in European markets and look at commercial opportunities to scale/distribute in new markets, as well as expanding in existing marketsSupport global commercialisation activities through validating and contributing regional PoV and progress reports for all key products with enablers and strategic merchants/partners.Conduct analysis of the market and competitive positioning. Ensure differentiation in market existsCollaborate closely with the Authentication, Digital and Security products teams on Visas strategy and product roadmap ensuring high priority digital capability is championed through strong business cases & client demandDrive synergies with Network processing team, DPS Issuer processing, and Buyer & Seller teamsMarketing and CommunicationsDrive and manage all sales collateral and commercialization assets for digital products, delivery through Product MarketingSupport external communication activities:

Digital narrative, Visa Navigate, Visa Navigate Experiences, Webinars, PR as required.Proactive development of client case studies and revisions of digital narrative and sales collateralManaging Pricing & Deal FrameworksLead on the development of pricing and deal constructs for digital products, and attaining approval through Pricing and Deals committeesConduct Pricing analysis and provide recommendationsEvaluate efficacy of pricing on strategic goals and initiate reviews with pricing team support as requiredWork closely with Pricing team on execution of pricing responsibilities, as well as obtaining feedback from impacted markets and global.Contribute to broader CNP pricing reviews and strategies led by the Pricing and Strategy teams.TeamDefine budget, resources and skill-set required to achieve digital products commercialisation strategiesBuild a diverse and cohesive team (hub and cross-functional) with a shared purpose/goal and define its modus operandiOnboard, nurture and develop the Teams talentManage team operations (e.g., budget, planning, expenses, etc.)QualificationsWhat were afterProven track record in commercialisation of Digital, Authentication, Security or Digital Identity portfolio for digital paymentsDeep understanding of how to scale and distribute products/services within a technology companySignificant experience in defining and implementing winning GTM strategies, assets and tools for e-commerce solutions, with clear focus on market and client/sector segmentationWillingness to break new ground even if it means failing quickly to lead to a better outcome/solutionBe obsessed by data, continuously reviewing and working to improve performance metrics and GTM sales toolsAbility to drive dependences across the organization to game change our commercial modelsStrong people leader with passion for developing team of diverse talent, from deep technical skillset, solutions architects and business developmentDemonstrated capabilities in stakeholder engagement at C level communication, presence, and thought leadershipRigorous thinker, ability to transpose business, financial and technical understanding to relevant market inputs with sales and product teams as well as with external client discussions leading to commercial & revenue opportunitiesCurious and inquisitive problem solver thrives in difficult and big problem spacesOwnership and driving impact are important aspects to the role, must have the mindset to fully understand and quickly overcome commercial, technical, industry and internal challenges to succeedComfortable and flexible in iterative and continuous change to maximise opportunities and drive efficiencies
