Inside Sales & Order Desk (Vitamins and Supplements) (Hiring English and Bi-lingual Staff:

English & French, English & Spanish).

VITALITY is an award-winning line of vitamins and supplements sold in natural health stores and online. We are looking for two new Team members to join us as 'Inside Sales & Order Desk' to build sales with current and new retailers. The two positions are based in the Vancouver office and will be primarily outbound calls to retailers in Canada and the United States.

The ideal candidate(s) will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and strong influencing / closing abilities . Primary responsibilities include business-to-business (B2B)

marketing and building relationships through initial orders and ongoing support for customer success.

You are passionate about creating positive, ongoing relationships and experiences with our customers while building your career and the growth of VITALITY. Two roles are being hired to support sales and introduction in Canada and for our launch into the United States in 2022.

Outbound phone calls, emails and messages to introduce Vitality and drive sales growth and distribution at retailers across Canada and United States

Achieve business targets through sales leads and prospecting to identify areas of opportunity

Present Vitality and its products to prospects, close orders and build new business

Act as a liaison to successfully onboard new customers with education and marketing and introduce to Account Managers

Provide day to day sales support including order entry from stores, to distributors, submit for fulfillment and process payment

Support Sales Team and manage a list of stores with monthly sales, order taking and share education

Enter client data into CRM

Document preparation with accuracy and completeness including Terms and Conditions, Account Set up and Order Processing both internally and to distributors

Ongoing product knowledge, and general account administration maintenance

Build and maintain positive internal and customer relationships

Provide excellent customer service including clear communication (verbal and written) from inbound calls, outbound calls, emails and online chats

Attend demos, tradeshows and industry events as needed; support Account Managers including organizing promotional materials

Assist organize and schedule virtual training session with new and or existing customers

Meet call cycle objectives (20-25 calls per day) and monthly sales targets

Qualifications & Expectations:

2-4 years inside sales experience with industry experience or a strong interest in natural healthy products

You are a people person, who enjoys speaking on the phone

High level of initiative and proven self-motivation

Successful experience with sales and relationship development

Ability to set objectives, problem-solve, prioritize and achieve goals

Excellent planning and organizational skills, detail-orientation

Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)

Proficient with computers; Outlook and Excel (intermediate to advanced), experience with Salesforce is beneficial but not necessary
