We are now looking for a quality inspector responsible for ensuring that all SGRE Quality standards and requirements on site are met. The wind farm sites are located mainly in north Europe and middle east, so traveling is a major part of the job.How to contribute to our visionAs quality inspector you will be part of the site management team on site and will be expected to temporarily take over other Site Management tasks when required like Installation Lead or Site Manager.The quality inspector is leading by example regarding Quality and HSE standards / procedures and technician safety on site. Have responsibility for supporting the Zero Harm and Zero-Defect programs, communicating and implementing quality and safety requirements and changes.You will be responsible for contract implementation and ensuring all works are performed in agreement with all SGRE standards incl. QA regulations. You will also conduct and follow up on inspections, report Non-Conformances (NCR), initiate improvements, and gather "on site" documentation to fulfil the contractual requirements. Furthermore you will manage data handling like checklists or transport documentations on Sharepoint/ Workpoint/Q drive according to process as to comply with, controls and maintains checklists (readiness not content), complete QA snagging lists, perform walk-downs / Process review inspections, monitor that storage of components is according to SGRE standards (harbors, pre-assembly, on-site, storage areas), ensure traceability of components and erected turbines and identify quality challenges. You will follow installation when needed, monitor (spot check) on site if work is done by competent people e.g. repairing, installation etc. Initiate improvements/ Lessons Learns, e.g. regarding quality tools, technical issues and documentation, site processes.What you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.We are looking for a person withTechnical education with experience from the Wind industry. Preferably min.1 year with wind turbinesQ-Standards (incl. Q-Plan, industry specific/ local Standards, Audits)Measurement & Evaluation (e.g. verification, validation, review, test)Product knowledge & inspection methodologies. Process and document management and non-conformance management incl. 8DIT skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeFluency in written and verbal English including technical English for wind turbinesCollaboration and influencing:

Moderation, communication, networking, negotiations and process improvement.Team managing skills, focus on health and safety, multicultural experience and able to work in a process environment.Personal skillsSelf-driven & self-motivated with leadership and manager-skills.Structured, persistent, trustworthy and reliable.Self-confident and a strong character.Great communication skills both written and orally.Willingness to work rotation shifts and odd hours when working on-site.Willingness to travel and stay abroad on sites for extended time.In return of your commitment we offer you?Become a part of our mission for sustainability:
