Create National Programming that aligns with Department priorities

Uncovers key on premise trends and opportunities and develops innovative marketing solutions by segment

Combines On Premise strategy and marketing initiatives to activate each segment at scale

Strategically aligns relevant national accounts with key marketing opportunities

Ensures programs support objectives of securing new business, driving demand and expanding execution within existing accounts



Drive Strategy into Action

Understands Key Account landscape and how to apply marketing tactics to fit customer and Red Bull's needs



Collaborates with key stakeholders within Canada and HQ On Premise Marketing to align strategies with Key Account business needs

Develops and implements year thru strategy within Key Account customer and segment programming

Effectively communicates strategy to Key Account sales team to ensure understanding and adoption



Build the Brand in the On Premise channel

Understands and upholds Brand standards across all activations

Strategically integrates national brand activation calendar into the on premise

Coordinates with On Premise Trade Marketing Manager for in-store POS development/delivery

Coordinate with On Premise Key Account Marketing team and Brand to develop account messaging strategy that aligns with company initiatives

Works cross-functionally to protect Red Bull brand equity in all activations



Represent Red Bull Marketing in customer meetings and planning sessions

Acts as the expert in Red Bull Marketing opportunities, programs and initiatives for customer partners

Collaborates with marketing counterparts (eg Sports, Gaming, Culture, Brand) for account programming integration

Understands customer needs and aligns with Red Bull Brand and On Premise strategic priorities

Represents the Brand in a professional and impactful manner to drive business opportunities



Ensure a return on investments of resources and efforts

Key stakeholder in business plan process for On Premise Channel

Identifies business case & develop rationale to inform programming decisions

Devises and executes smart tests

Assume responsibility for budget management

Establish clear KPIs prior to program launch

Lead after action review process to gather insight for future programming



Ensure Great People, Great Plans, and Quality Execution

Share best practices with the Canadian business units and international teams

Foster strong relationships with all internal stakeholders to drive a culture of mutual accountability and motivation
