Digimax Product Manager - AI Personality Analysis SaaS Solution

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.

Complementary degree in Psychology and/or Business/Marketing preferred.

More than 5 years of experience in product management, technical sales,

engineering, HR systems (Applicant tracking and Best-fIt assessment), or in a technology role.

Familiarity or an interest in AI, personality analytics, or equivalent insight in psychology is preferred.

Experience with Agile methodology and SCRUM practices.

Experience in processes and project management to include analysis, documentation, applicant tracking systems for recruitment is a plus.

Experience with building and driving growth platforms.

Experience running A/B tests and experimentation at scale with an analytical approach driving growth goals and measuring results.

Experience working on a consumer app that drives subscriptions, purchases, or integration services.

Familiarity leveraging growth infrastructure and tools across an organization.

Experience in supporting a sales team, including the ability to clearly articulate the key objectives, responsibilities, goals, and strategies and how they intersect with broader HR and cultural fit strategies with and for our clients

Strong sense of personal accountability for high quality, value-driven work that supports business outcomes; places the user in the center of decision making; and prioritizes speed, agility and innovation in work

French as a second language is an asset.

About the position:

You will facilitate our customers' decision-making abilities to increase human capital wealth with the assistance of AI with respect to Personality analytics. You are a Product Manager who continuously leverages the latest innovations, adopts and commits to a strategic direction and is excited to work on products that improve the lives of millions of people every day.



You will report to the Chief Technology Officer and oversee your product's engineering team direction, progress, and deliverable coordination with the business, sales, and marketing leadership team.



You will work with all the business unit stakeholders from conception to launch by connecting the technical, business, and market-facing worlds. You will break down complexity into steps that drive product successful development lifecycles.



Our team works closely with creative and prolific engineers, designers, marketers, etc., to design and develop technologies that improve decision-making. We are all responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.



Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.

Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.

Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams on cutting-edge technologies.

Carry forward and own accountability for the strategy and roadmap for growth.

Build a growth platform that all teams can use to drive engagement, user satisfaction, education, and new user acquisition.

Build a growth framework that helps users understand the value we offer and how they benefit from it.

Manage the product execution, working closely with engineering, program management, UX, and partner teams to land the best experience for our users.

Provide front-line coordination and expertise for Talent Acquisition, Wellness and Cultural Fit in research, development and partnership to build and improve our product.

Will act as an integrator leveraging business requirements and industry expertise

Represent and advocates for the needs of our solution, and will influence the design of our systems and ensure it supports the goals and objectives of the workstream

Lead on-going innovation and continuous improvement and other related platforms related to the business processes and workflows while maintaining system stability and providing an outstanding user experience

Explore and action enhancements and updates in our solutions and related platforms to remove pain points of end-users

Act as the superuser & first point of contact for end-users who need support or assistance in completing tasks and processes; independently troubleshoots end-user challenges with resolutions and quick resolution for straightforward end-user challenges or questions related to processes or functionality

Responsible for the thorough testing and analysis of new features and functionality and participates in release planning, accountable for regression testing, unit testing, User Acceptance testing and pre-launch testing / sign-off for new features or enhancements

Create and maintain clear, comprehensive, documented business requirements for requested changes, enhancements, or projects; accountable for articulating functional processes from beginning to end and providing thought leadership on functionality and design

Engage and assist in driving the roadmap and strategy through regular touchpoints with our partners and leadership.

Share findings and new insights with peers through coaching and mentoring

Support the sales team with technical product documentation and participate in prospective client presentations as needed
