Video Sales Business Development Manager Peninsula has experienced astonishing success across Canada over the last 4 years creating exceptional growth within our Sales Team. This new Video Sales Business Development Manager role is designed for those who love video sales, are eager to excel, and are committed to exceeding expectations while having fun along the way!

As a Video Sales Business Development Manager, you will identify and bring on board small/medium sized businesses to Peninsula's services. You will be selling Peninsula's award-winning HR, Health & Safety and Bright HR SAAS solution, to ensure Canada's SMEs are fully supported with their human resources/work health and safety needs through our subscription-based,

cost-effective model.

We currently operate in three provinces, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. It is an offering that has seen us secure over 4,000 clients Canada wide.

As a Video Sales Business Development Manager, you will cultivate and nurture both self generated and company provided leads.

All you require is a great attitude and hunger to drive new business, have a passion for meeting prospective clients via video meetings to understand their needs and a professional approach to selling.

Salary Range :

$60,000 - $115,000.

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities

Contacting leads and conducting video sales meetings with new prospects

Developing relationships and leading video sales conversations while demoing BrightHR/BrightSafe

Self-sourcing leads and securing new business opportunities

Achieving set sales targets with a focus on over achievement

Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service, thereby creating referral and intermediary opportunities

Ensuring that clients understand all aspects of Peninsula product features and benefits

Sit 4 to 5 video meetings a day

The right person will have:

A successful proven track record in video B2B sales

Experience selling via video conferencing with new business prospects

Strong presentation skills and comfortable leveraging technology

A hunger to drive and deliver on new business sales targets

A mature approach to consultative selling

Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills

A positive attitude, with an unyielding passion for success

Vast social and business networks

The ability to adapt well to a fast-paced work environment

Work location and hours of work:

There will be two office-based positions available for this Video Sales Business Development role from 9:

00 AM ? 5:

30 PM.
