The position Your main purpose will be:

Reporting to Head of Rare Blood Disorders, will be accountable for the development and execution of strategic/tactical plans of Rare Blood Disorders brands to drive the achievement of Biopharm Marketing business objectives in Spain which include:

AB sales revenue, brand-specific market shares as well as marketing related objectives. Your main responsibilities will be focused on these areas:

STRATEGIC BRAND PLANNING Develops and successfully implements strategic business & related tactical plans of the current and future Rare Blood Disorders launch brands. Plans and coordinates effectively the activities and within Rare Blood Disorders brands.

Identifies and implements improvements of life-cycle activities. Coordinates closely portfolio campaign development, competitive and strategic evolution of the product. Performs an ongoing analysis of product training needs based on current and future strategic requirements of the business. Accountable to manage the brand/portfolio budget process for designated area - makes sound decisions to optimize spend and ensure that resources are appropriately allocated, and quality of services are maintained while costs remain on track and according to budget. Ensure competitive monitoring and direction to Field Force. Prepare and deliver presentations to the different stakeholders (launch readiness reviews and other business reviews) PRODUCT INVESTMENT Maximizes revenue and profitability and understands return on investment (ROI) concepts to ensure optimization of marketing spend. Appropriately seeks human and financial resources to optimize brand within context of overall Rare Blood Disorders portfolio both via national, business area and international resources Lead market research & analytics reporting with Innovation & Business Excellence area and with global marketing best practices to extract key insights, market analysis to build successful strategies and new recommendations on tactics. Partners with Innovation & Business Excellence team to develop and implement marketing metrics. Regularly reviews marketing programs progress to ensure profitability/budget goals are on track. If not meeting metrics, proactively implements corrective measures to increase business impact and overall value. PROMOTIONS Identifies and evaluates new digital way to better optimize marketing campaigns. Analysis and skill in choosing and interpreting the most appropriate indicators to assess the success of the campaign and its profitability. Develops, manages, and disseminates the implementation of promotional programs, including coordination with Training and with external suppliers and agencies. Develops and implements marketing strategy Effectively addresses competitive obstacles for the brand through the course of the year to ensure brand success Give support to the CFC teams. Support sales forces execution of promotional events from concept design to content delivery Accountable to lead the cycle meeting organization BUDGET Accountable for the ongoing management and oversight of portfolio budget to target levels. Lead brand sales forecasting process and strategic planning working in close collaboration with Commercial Excellence team to deliver accurate and timely output Evaluates appropriate use and allocation of resources to ensure attainment of unit, department and Company profitability goals. Establishes, oversees implementation, and monitors adherence to administrative policies and procedures. Ensures budget remains on track. Qualifications Academic degree, preferably within in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent. An MBA will be valuable. At least 5 years experience as Brand management/marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask & problem-solving skill Leadership in driving innovative solutions through critical thinking and intellectual curiosity to develop solutions and produce measurable results. Planning, Execution and Follow-Up Customer orientation and relationship building. Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills are required. Communication with impact & influence. Experience in leading cross functional teams toward common goal Fluent in spoken and written English
