Perfil generalista RRHH

Reporting to the Spanish CFO and functionally to the HR Corporate Director of the Group, the main mission will be to manage and coordinate the HR processes and policies, giving service to all the departments of the Spanish

business, as long as to coordinate with Country and Finance Managers the HR projects of the subsidiaries in Cluster Iberia + Latam. Must guarantee that the organization counts with an appropriate talent, motivated and committed with the achievement of the objectives of the company.

Ensure the implementation of global and local HR processes and support the execution of initiatives consistent with corporate business and HR strategy, policies and processes .

Workforce Planning and Employment

- Implementing the organization-s recruiting strategy

- Developing programs in the recruitment areas with the aim to guarantee appropriate talent in all the levels in the organization.

- Implementation of career and succession plans.

- Processing transfers, promotions and terminations

- Design, implementation and follow-up of Welcoming Plans and On boarding for new hires.

- Coordinate and promote internal communication

HR Development

- Design, development and supervision of training and development plans.

- Management of the training activities, aligned with the business objectives of the different departments of the company.

- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs

- Talent Management. Definition of development programs and actions that contribute to the growth of the team in line with business needs (performance review system, talent map in the organization)

- Fostering the relationship with external organizations in order to attract the best talent and to develop it.

Employee and Labour Relations (Workers Committee)

- Helping to negotiate collective bargaining agreements

- Resolving grievances

- Advising supervisors on union contract interpretation

- To collaborate together with the legal department of the group and/or law firms for the management of labour relations.

To implement compensation policies aligned with global policies, and to guarantee that the compensation is a competitive advantage in terms of attraction and retention.

Analysing job duties

Writing job descriptions

Performing job evaluations and job analyses

Homogenize incentive plans, variable compensation, etc.

Conducting and analysing compensation surveys

Gender Equality Plans.

Personal Management (only coordination )

Includes the coordination of the processes concerning:

Personnel Administration

Payrolls (externalised)

Occupational Risk Prevention (through an external supplier)

Internal Consulting & Suppor at Cluster level

Work with Country and Finance Managers, helping, assisting and coaching them, in their HR development plan in their subsidiaries, according to local needs and expectations

Provide HR expertise and consulting in dealing and implementing global and/or local HR policies adapted to each subsidiary and their development stage

Follow-up projects and implementations in the mentioned subsidiaries


Education :

University Degree.

An MBA or HR Master will be a plus.


At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.

Used to work in environments with a high client orientation, team work, continuous improvement, and results orientation

Strong Excel / PowerPoint skills; exposure to various HR tools/software


High level of English is mandatory. (Advanced C2 )

French will be a plus
