Job Description:



Responsibilities:

· Drive the commercial strategy for the region, by working with Marketing, Key Accounts, Flex Finance, ProCare, and X-Div Collaboration, which ultimately delivers the financial targets.· Manage the P&L; for the region, including achieving sales revenue, margin, and operating income annual targets.· Provide accurate sales forecasts each month to the European ST finance team.· Proactively lead the team delivering high levels of engagement which translates into financial results. Being a strong developer of people, create a future pipeline of talent for Stryker.· Manage key customer relationships (existing and new),

aimed at retaining and growing the business and reputation of Stryker in the market· Collaborate with RSM's in other local franchises, representing the business unit in providing innovative customer offerings. The role will also work with all the country enabling functions to ensure all internal policies / procedures are adhered to.Essential Requirements:

· Educated to degree level and or equivalent experience.· Credible and confident communicator (written, verbal and presentation) at all levels.· Excellent influencer and collaborator, both internal and external.· Good IT skills e.g., Importante empresa Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)· 10+ years overall Commercial experience, minimum 6 in the Medical Devices industry.· Solid experience as Sales Rep, people manager or Regional Sales Manager for a medical device business with proven career progression.· Direct selling experience preferred, ideally in the medical device industry, with a good knowledge of opinion leaders and of the main products and competitors.· Proven experience in delivering market share growth and financial commitments.· Demonstrated success in building, managing, motivating, and developing strong teams with direct and/or indirect channels. Ideally this includes acumen in setting sales coverage and leveraging territory coverage and customer focus.· Demonstrated ability to build engagement and leverage performance management systems to reach business objectives; includes goal setting, performance planning and monitoring, coaching, feedback, and performance review.· Strong commercial/financial acumen and understanding of a P&L; including demonstrated record of overachieving organizational goals (e.g., sales quota, growth quota, sales, P&L;, engagement)· Fluent level of Spanish (Native Speaker or C1-C2 level) and good level of English (minimum B2)Type of Contract:
