Being the number one global supplier of VMS software, our installation base is diverse and challenges us with implementation of License Plate Recognition, Access Control, Perimeter Intrusion Detection and a huge number of partner-developed integrations based on our SDK.--Primary responsibilities--:

Make every customer interaction a satisfying experience through a professional, outgoing and personable attitude on all communication channels (phone, webcases, chats) Ensures that all relevant communication, documents and files related to the case are accurately archived in the support system Help maintain a variety of self-help resource (KBs, how-to guides), monitor community forums Meet predetermined targets and represent the company in a professional manner--Technical skills--You are currently studying within computer science or engineering either at bachelors or masters levelAnd have:

Technical understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems Basic IP Network knowledge Basic storage technologies knowledge Troubleshooting skills--Personal skills--:

Native Spanish and/or Italian speaker Proficient level of English both written and verbal Any other European language would be appreciated (German, Italian or French) Customer oriented with a 'can do' attitude Team player attitude:

shares information, help colleagues and knows when to ask for help Good analytical problem-solving capabilities--Milestone Systems offers--:
