Salesforce Marketing Cloud en Barcelona.Your new roleCreate ideas and robust recommendations to our clients on how their vision can become reality through journey maps moments that matter and similar artifacts. You will design and deliver workshops and discovery sessions to understand clients needs and goals and KPIs when it comes to loyalty CX and personalised marketing. You will have an appreciation of how your suggestions and deliveries both support and strengthen our clients brand and loyalty positioning. Collaborate with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) delivery team on the art of the possible componentizing deliveries where possible.

Working closely with the PM and Account team at the start of a project you will take a lead with design idea generation and capabilities on how SF can allow a unique and different approach to the loyalty program being sold. Define managed services packages health checks and ongoing maintenance of customer programs to ensure performance for our clients and ongoing services and revenue. You will be ambitious and inquisitive with a hands-on attitude. What youll need to succeedExperienceDegree on Systems Engineering Computer Science Business Electronics Mechatronics or Software. What you will bringDeep commercial knowledge of SFMC blended with Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud knowledge providing a distinct advantage. We are seeking applicants who have a breadth and depth of experience in creating omnichannel CX that have been implemented for clients with demonstrable results on a global scale. Ideally you will have worked in an agency or consultancy environment with a Salesforce Practice or a digitally mature business that has chosen Salesforce to drive its Marketing and CX solution. A Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified practitioner with extensive experience. You will have a passion for building and delivering a best-in-class CX solution blended with a balanced pragmatism and an unwavering obligation to question understand and define. Capable of embed allowScriptAccess never allownetworking internal ding CX centric services within a company with an international footprint. A natural problem-solver who can make recommendations at pace encouraging growth development and inspiring others. Self-driven and constantly striving to improve solutions through innovation. A high comfort level with ambiguity able to navigate challenging opinions with ease Persuasive communication and inspiring presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex interactions into simplified narratives around customer outcomes Capable of cultivating a strong work ethic both independently as well as collaborating with cross-functional global teams to solve complex problems LanguagesSpanich (native).
