Role objective:

As a member of ADP's Global Integration Center, the Release Manager will be primarily responsible for ensuring that the Global Integration Center is ready to implement and service & support clients on New Products and Features. Business Readiness includes but is not limited to:

Impact Assessment of solution, Defining Business Success Criteria, running a Pilot Program, Methodology creation/updates, Implementation & Service Training, Support Model Definition, Change Mgt, Communications, Client Training created or enhanced, and driving GPT bug fixes need to meet success criteria, determining General Business Availability and other deliverables as defined by the various solutions introduced for Global Integration clients.

This is a multi-faceted role, the Release Manager will also be responsible for driving adoption of new features for live clients and facilitating GSO related solutions to live clients through our Client Service organization.

In this role, you will report into a Senior Leader (VP, Global Integration Center or a direct report of the VP, Global Integration Center).

2. Responsibilities:


Works with GIC Senior Leadership to prioritize Business Readiness Activities

Works across GIC, GV, CSL, GPT and other organizations as needed

Manages business readiness workstreams end-to-end including leading the initiation and planning phases.

Defines Business Readiness Success Criteria from the client's perspective

Ensures consistent roll-out and communication of new integration products and/or features across client spectrum (live clients and new logo implementations)

Ensures consistent roll-out and communication of security related solutions for our live clients.

Accountable for business readiness outcomes including the management of issues, risks, escalations, communications, and change management.

Serves as escalation point for issues impacting business readiness

Documents and drives to completion product corrections or modifications required for successful General Availability

Coordinates and leads pilot programs

Responsible for overall coordination, execution, status reporting and stability of GIC business readiness

Responsible for communication across multidisciplinary project / business teams

Ensures compliance with existing Business Readiness methodologies and standards

Works across the ESI organization to improve Business Readiness methodology and standards

Performs other duties as assigned

3. Qualifications:

Education and Certifications:

Degree or Equivalent in Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree ->Required

PMI-PMP ->Preferred


Fluency in English (oral and written); additional languages a plus

Ability to work in a team environment or independently depending upon task

Strong initiative and enthusiasm

Proven track record of strong leadership skills in a matrixed role

Ability to influence others to drive positive outcomes

Exceptional communications skills written and verbal, able to drive change in uncertain circumstances

Good understanding of Integration Technologies (i.e. IAAS) and/or ADP Integration Solutions

Superior interpersonal, relationship mgt and follow-up skills

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and effectively adapt to priorities

Strong Project Management Skills and experience of managing scope, timeframes, stakeholders, resources to achieve objectives

Demonstrated experience in rolling out new products across organizations

Demonstrated experience with difficult internal/external conversations

Experience in providing feedback to leadership on associates

Ability and enthusiasm in facilitating virtual meetings involving international parties

International culture and ability to work in a multinational environment

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on project management experience
