España is one of the most important service providers in the country, servicing several renewable energy plants in the Iberian Peninsula and the Spanish Islands.

About the role

Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Barcelona/Spain and are currently looking for a HR & Team Assistant.

What You Will Do

Under the responsibility of the HR department, you have a central position in the company with a transversal look and actions on HR and Administration department. In concrete, you will be in charge of a wide variety of missions:

- Manage daily facilities and operations to ensure team satisfaction is at the highest level.

- Attending the call service line and transmitting information of interest to the respective department or holding company.

- Solving or reporting issues in a timely fashion.

- Constantly improve internal processes to make them more effective and efficient.

- Taking care of the daily administration basics with financial reporting assisting the accountant with invoicing and to justify all purchases

- Work closely with the HR and IT departments to implement coherent onboarding and offboarding processes.

- Handling all our vendors and building a strong relationship with them to solve issues as they arise: maintenance company, cleaning service, catering services, etc.

- Challenge and renegotiate providers rates regularly.

- Be the referent person for travel reservations for management and office staff.

- Be an active member of the team to implement meaningful and impactful wellbeing actions around all the offices for our employees.

- Being a strong support for corporate events - local afterworks, team buildings, offsite Management seminars and Company Global Conventions, etc.

What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree or FP in business administration or a related field.

- Last year mandatory because it is a pre-employment internship.

- At least 6 months of experience in financial control, managerial control, or audit.

- Advanced skills in Excel and willingness to work with interactive tools (Slido, Google Forms…)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).
