About the Role



Do you want to be part of our great e-Commerce Team and have an active role in building success and shaping the future of ourDirect-to-Consumerbusiness?



We are looking for a DTC e-Commerce Manager within our Consumer Goods Division-Europe, who will play a key role in leading the development of Essity Direct-To-Consumer (DTC)webshops. She/He will support the European e-Commerce Manager, driving DTC sales through new launches implementation and guiding development of excellent User Experience, assortment, content management,e-CRM,in collaboration with Marketing and Digital.

What You Will Do



- Lead the development and execution of Essity Direct-To-Consumer (DTC)webshopsfor all categories involved.



- Manage DTC planning to ensure maximum efficiency driving site cadence, consumer engagement and revenues.



- Execute and influence assortment roadmap, coordinate new launches.



- Responsible for guiding the development of the website UX/UI for the best-in-class consumer experience.



- Coordinate strategies on marketing activations ande-CRMin collaboration with Marketing and Digital to drive engagement, increased customer return rate and repeat purchases.



- Lead coordination of cross functional internal DTC team (Marketing/Digital /Data Analytics/Logistics/IT/local countries) and external partners.



- Gather insights from consumers through DTC platforms and ensure best practices/learnings are shared within the organization.



- Responsible for DTC KPIs.



Who You Are



- Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Digital related field such as Digital, e-Commerce, Business, Media, Communications, Marketing or equivalent working experience.



- 3-5 years of demonstrated ability in e-Commerce (preferably Direct-To-Consumer).



- Strongly business development oriented, leading by influencing capabilities and ability to set business direction.



- Knowledge related to conversion rate optimization and UX/UI design optimization.



- Skills: project management, planning & process, customer-centric approach, coordination.



- Ability to work with external partners, and to lead internal coordination with several central functions and local markets.



- Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration and presentation skills.



- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.



- Has effectively driven influence among peers and those at higher levels.



- English fluency is a must. Additional language is a plus.

Location



- Role is in EMEA region, preferably located in one of the following regions: Munich, Manchester, Paris, Milan, Gothenburg.



- Availability to travel around 20% of time.
