WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Senior Designer Digital Marketing (CRO) in the Design Studios team, you will be working closely with a team of digital designers, creative strategists and content strategist helping to define strategies to optimise digital assets, finding the main pain points and prioritizing opportunity areas for implementation of solutions related to the our client?s business objectives and KPIs.After an initial assessment (i.e. heuristic analysis, web metric tools etc.) , you?re asked to find areas of improvement, create hypotheses, prioritise design solutions and implement those in the digital assets through A/B test, multivariant test and polls using quantitative and qualitative tools.

You will bring to life solutions that will be co-created with designers within the local Design Studios Hub as well as from other regions and the BCG consulting teams.Senior Digital Designer - Digital Marketing (CRO) YOU?LL BE BASED IN CITY: Madrid COUNTRY: Spain YOU?LL BE TRAVELING 20% YOUR EMPLOYEE TYPE IS Regular YOUR JOB TYPE IS Full-timeYou?ll leverage both customer and business data to inform your creative and strategic rationale along a methodological way of working while balancing a human-centric focus with BCG clients? business needs.You will support marketing, development and design decisions with creative, strategic, and business reasoning. You will be in charge of medium-sized and large projects together with the lead of your vertical or creative strategists, the assigned project manager and the design team, and you?ll proactively conduct ideation and brainstorming sessions to capture the business challenges, set timelines, understanding feasibility of the solution and tracking the impact of the solution proposed. You will mentor designers in BCG Design Studios within your area of expertise as well as work closely with creatives from other verticals (i.e. Visual, Content and Video) to an agreed brief to inject strategic considerations into each step of a client initiative and make conceptual decisions in compliance with BCG standards. YOU'RE GOOD ATUsing a methodological and analytical way of working to uncover strengths and weaknesses of a digital assets or conversion funnel using quantitative & qualitative tools. Apply a business- and data-oriented thinking: Insights and proposed solutions must always be based on data Creating hypothesis and prioritizing the solution understanding feasibility & impact Defining strategies to open new opportunity areas and tracking the results Monitoring of results through Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, Hotjar? Working with the Marketing and Design team to get the both creative assets and content needed to achieve business goals. Analyzing and reporting of the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against defined campaign goals (KPIs, ROI) Designing and facilitating workshops relevant to achieve user insights. UX Research is a plus.As well as? You have a strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points You?re able to execute complex, ambiguous briefs and pitch digital marketing concepts, demonstrating lateral thinking and ideation. You have a sharp eye when analyzing data and an awareness of digital marketing trends that inspire both client and team You will be able to design audits and related reports of the results You understand the technological implications of the proposals, helping developers to build all necessary test Planning, executing and measuring experiments and conversion tests Instrumenting conversion points and optimize user funnels You have a solid problem-solving orientation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team- and customer-oriented multicultural environment. You bring a solid understanding of UX/UI design You know the importance of Content strategy and how content influences your CRO recommendations Help develop both the current and new offerings within the digital marketing design practice. Collaborate with external agencies or partners Excellent presentation and communication skills that allow you to present and defend your ideas in a compelling way in front of client Overall, you enjoy ideating new and creative growth strategyYOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)You have a bachelor or similar degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration, communications design or a related field. You have four to six years background in a professional services environment or digital marketing agency. Experience in consulting is a plus. Experience in projects related with digital campaigns, digital product design or digital transformation Knowledge in front-end development (HTML, CSS, Javascript etc.) is a plus Excellent knowledge of software in analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytcis, Adobe Analytics) Experience in marketing cloud solutions, i.e. Salesforce, IBM, Adobe is a plus Track record in developing digital marketing strategies for large companies, please provide work examples (either online portfolio or during first interview round) You have excellent English and Spanish language skills; additional languages are a plusYOU'LL WORK WITHA career in design at BCG involves bringing deep strategic, user experience and visual expertise into product development, helping to deliver breakthrough products that engage and inspire.
