You Will:

- Be one of the first people responsible for launching IMMO in Spain - allowing institutions to deploy capital in Spanish real estate more sustainably; and creating a fairer, friendlier, and more transparent renting experience.

- Grow and maintain the Spanish operation as a driven generalist; owning the P&L; of the Spanish operation as you develop it from scratch into a flagship market.

- Be our expert on doing business in Spain and Spanish real estate. Collaborate with leadership on setting strategy, and draw on the experience of ground teams to tweak our processes for the Spanish market.

- Become a beacon of our values in Spain as you build a a high-performing, empathetic team that puts people first and delivers amazing value to our tenants, sellers, and investors.


- 7+ years experience in growth and operations; ideally gained in high-growth startups or management consulting. You may have also previously been an operations lead, an expansion / growth manager, or a country manager.

- Experience hiring and building teams. You know how to quickly spot great talent, and disqualify candidates who do not fit the job. You will find the role easier if you have your own network that you can rely on to find candidates or build relationships with suppliers.

- Extensive knowledge of the residential real estate market in Spain and a good grasp of Spanish business and tax regulation

- A clear desire to thrive in a start-up environment with a lot of ambiguity and a lot of room to deliver massive impact.

- You are an empathetic leader who prioritises your team over your ego; and owns your projects from start to finish

- You are fluent in Spanish and English.
