As a Conversion Rates Optimization (CRO) Manager you’ll be responsible for optimizing website conversion paths of digital marketing campaigns, converting visits into marketing-qualified leads.

What you’ll do

- Develop and run dedicated landing pages to respond to the customer’s key use cases and information requirements

- Set up automated personalization of landing pages based on customer profiles and online behavior in close collaboration with the CRM & personalization manager

- Ensure an optimum user journey and conversions across domains (Signify, Philips, Interact)

- Design, build, and execute continuous test approaches such as split testing and multivariate testing for websites and landing pages

- Continuously monitor analytics platforms and other tools to monitor and analyze the outcomes from the tests

- Identify and test new technologies and practices to improve conversion rate and customer engagement

Your qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years’ experience with proven success in optimizing website experiences and increasing conversions.

- Experience and knowledge of CRO tools to setup, launch, develop and deploy A/B tests (for example: Optimizely, Optimize, Adobe Target, etc)

- Analytical mindset to continuously mine data for insights and generate hypothesis for fast iteration testing

- Experience with research tools such as HotJar, CrazyEgg, or other similar tools.

- Knowledge of device specific UI and UX best practices for landing pages and applications.

- True team player who likes to collaborate with cross functional teams like design, content, analytics, and other digital marketers
