What you’ll do:

- Support the Recruiting Programs operations and reporting,

particularly in the Vendor Management space

- Responsible for processing, tracking and reporting cost data for recruiting program initiatives including Recruiting Coordination, Vendor Management, Referral Program, Recruiting Events and Agency Spend

- Drive increased results for recruiting programs by providing accurate data/reporting and consistent global execution of processes

- Create in depth ROI tracking to provide cost per hire metrics related to Recruiting Programs, in particular Vendor Management

- Process vendor invoices through internal procurement system

- Liaise with Recruiting vendors, supporting tasks such as contract negotiations and renewals, queries about the vendor, and monitoring vendor activity

- Liaise with appropriate recruiting and hiring partners around vendor questions and for necessary approvals

- Manage the specialized regional procurement and reimbursement forms

- Partner closely with Finance and Procurement teams

Your experience and skills:

- 1-2 years’ administrative experience in a professional setting ideal

- Bachelor’s degree required

- Proficient Excel and PowerPoint required

- Business reporting experience

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Highly adaptable individual is a necessity

- Customer oriented focus
