Job Description





Identifies key stakeholders in-market and at the Region (only Hospital) level, and establishes relationships with influencers and decision makers to facilitate broader and deeper market access for AAA products.



The overall purpose of the Key Account Manager role is to identify, develop and execute initiatives that drive sales and market share growth at selected key customers and customer groups across Spain. The KAM is accountable to deliver this in a compliant, profitable and sustainable way with Hospitals and pharmacies dealing with Lutathera, SomaKit and future AAA products.



- Defines long term customer strategy.

- Leads the relationship between the customer and the internal teams (Medical, customer service, Marketing)

- Develops KA annual plans, execution and KPIs

- Secures new product listing, promotion ROI, and campaign execution which creates value for customers and AAA

- Sells new KA initiatives with impact

- Negotiates price and trade terms compliant to AAA strategy (Public tenders)

- Finds ways of cooperation together with Hospitals

- Improves medical knowledge and delivers training together with Trade Marketing partner

- Develops customer collaboration projects in line with AAA strategies

- Manages all communication between key stakeholders at the account and their counterparts



Minimum requirements



- University degree in science, biosciencie and/or business.

- Relevant experience (minimum 5 years ) in the healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry at Oncology level.

- Previous experience in Oncology. Knowledge of the clients responsible for Neuroendocrine Tumor.

- Proven ability to understand and clearly communicate scientific and economic topics.

- Well developed understanding of drug product P&R; and Listing processes, including processes for clinical guidelines and formularies.

- Ability to manage relationships with a high number of external customers.

- Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with government officials, regulators, and other key KOLs.

- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

- Open and clear collaboration and communication to make sure the daily operation runs smoothly.

- Spanish & English fluently, verbally and in writing
