An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Sales and Marketing Division in DEKRA Testing and Certification S.A.U. This area is responsible of sales and marketing activities for DEKRA Testing and Certification services portfolio for electric and electronics, Information Communication Technology, Medical, Telecommunication Carriers and Automotive markets.


The candidate is expected to prepare and maintain sales plans for the European market identifying existing, new account opportunities and leads. The candidate will execute to the deployed sales plan in search of the new business opportunities for the company.

The selected candidate will report periodically on sales targets and goals and will have the ability to manage client accounts in accordance with the established plan.

The candidate will provide priority account listing in weekly sales reports relative to the weekly activity plan in an effort to develop new accounts/leads, business sectors and address growing business opportunities within our company.

The position will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing and will receive guidance and support from the Marketing team. The candidate will be accountable for the clients and targets given.

The candidate will be responsible for the objectives established by the Sales Director and the Marketing teams which will be measured by both Quantitative and Qualitative metrics.

The candidate will be responsible for defined accounts to achieve the Quantitative and Qualitative goals. The candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day sales activities and will be responsible for delivering on a team effort with his/her colleagues.

The candidate must have ability to organize sales and technical meetings with prospective and current clients in European and to support the marketing plan of the company.

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in regional sales activities in with proven success in Europe, specifically in the Automotive, Infotainment, TCU, OBU, Electronic Car parts and Automotive Wireless applications industry.

Expertise in the Connected Car industry certification programs and in Regulatory compliance programs is preferred.

Location: Malaga, Spain

Education: BSEE Degree is preferred with a wireless telecom background, or a BBA Degree with relative work experience in the wireless telecom industry

Languages: English mandatory.

Others: Spanish, German

Other Preferred Experience and Education: Master Degree or MBA. International work experience in the Wireless telecom industry with knowledge of wireless Technologies Bluetooth, WLAN, GNSS, Wireless Charging, V2X, V2V, 802.11p/DSRC, 2G , 3G (UMTS, HSPA), 4G, 5G and LTE and Internet of Things (LoRA NB-IoT, etc).

Familiar with wireless industry certification schemes, such as Regulatory and Compliance in the Connected Car market, eCall, E-Mark, Omniair, ITS and ERA Glonass.

The candidate will be able to use CRM tools and create pricing structures and proposal for the clients and potential clients. The candidate will track these proposals through closure. The candidate will be responsible for receiving the PO and registering the project within an ISO 17025 accredited quality system. The candidate will have the ability to understand an ISO 17025 laboratory and the rules under which the laboratory operates. The candidate will be entitled to arrange trips worldwide and be coordinated with the company in all the sales activities.
