Position Overview


We are hiring high-energy sales professionals with natural sales instincts and a willingness to uncover and drive new business opportunities. You will be working with Territory Account Sales Executives (in the field) .

Your main tools will be market intelligence provided to you by Autodesk, Social Media, Marketing Campaigns and most importantly, self-motivation to search and find new projects within your assigned Account Portfolio. You will have the freedom to carry out and execute your own research with the full support and engagement from your manager, as well as exposure to management across EMEA. 

You will be measured on the pipeline you generate per quarter,

where you will drive and develop new business ranging from customers transitioning from 2D to 3D software to multi-million Euro projects across EMEA. 

In this role, you will gain knowledge of the software industry where Autodesk is leading the way and constant and relevant training from our dedicated sales coaches, while having independence and autonomy in managing your own inside business. You will also be exposed to management from all different levels including CEO Level and an incredible office atmosphere. 


- Collaborate with Account Executives (Field Sales) and Account Based Marketing counterparts to develop a qualified sales pipeline of customers

- Drive additional revenue opportunities by applying incremental programs or projects initiated by sales management

- Qualify leads and pass opportunities to the Autodesk Territory Account Executives in the territory business (pipeline + revenue) 

- Interact with clients and prospects of all seniority levels, mainly C-Suite, in a variety of industries, across a broad geographical region

- Possibility of managing full sales cycle and driving your own developed opportunities to close.

- Map key stakeholders, technical requirements and business process on all sales deals

- Navigating Autodesk resources in order to accommodate needs of inbound customers

- Contact customers via phone, email, Outreach, LinkedIn, by leveraging outbound (external) techniques/technologies to position the value of Autodesk software solutions 

- Create and manage a database of leads in, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining to close or transferring to appropriate team

- Maintain strong understanding of promotions and campaigns related to doing business with Autodesk

Minimum qualifications:

- Proficiency in German, English

- We’re looking for those with 1-3 + years sales experience in technology or SaaS sales; however - if you’re passionate, competitive, and curious, we want to hear from you!

- You possess a strong business acumen

- You have a proven track record of achieving measurable goals

- You have strong verbal and written skills

- You have a willingness and desire to learn – you’re innately a curious person

- You have a desire or interest in sales and/or marketing

- SaaS or software experience a significant bonus

- You are highly motivated and have passion for winning

- You excel in a fast-paced, competitive, and dynamic environment

- You have excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills

- You can work both independently and within a team environment

- You have a strong work ethic: Team oriented, self-starter, high energy, and results oriented

- Proficient computer skills including email (Outlook), MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Experience on prospecting accounts from scratch

- You want to make the future and be a part of something bigger
