Our Sales Operations Executive works closely alongside our Sales Director and Sales Department.
Today we operate in 5 different European markets, and we want you to join us in keeping our Sales Department running smoothly as well as providing actionable analysis on all five markets.
You will gain expertise and insights in the industry, while working alongside a fun spirited and dedicated team.
Manage the Sales Pipeline reporting and analysis.Ensure KPIs, CRM dashboard and sales activity reports are up to dateBe the go-to person for team queries about the CRM and other sales tools.Provide detailed CRM onboarding for all new hires.Host -learning huddles- on tools best practices.Make changes to CRM workflow based on business requirements.Review lead generation practices to grow inbound leads. Track outbound activities to develop new business leads. Liaise with existing Sales tool providers for best use and practice.Ensure sales materials are up-to-date and accurate. Creating ad hoc reports for Sales activities. Prepare weekly Sales meeting slides.Provide team support for event attendance preparation and post event follow up. Provide team insights to management on positive trends or improvement areas from CRM data.Make sure that the sales team follows the procedures regarding administrative tasks (such as sales orders, invoices, contracts) while collaborating with other departments (e.g. finance) to monitor themReview the latest Sales tools and technologies to assist the Sales team.
