We launched our community over two years ago and we already close hundreds of tech hires every year -for companies hiring remotely or within Spain (for now). We-re a team of ultra-motivated software engineers, designers, account managers, and talent advocates convinced that recruiting doesn-t have to be a brutal and ruthless industry.
We-re now facing a huge expansion phase and looking for a Talent Advocate for the remote market within Europe
About the role
You will play a key role in growing the team, being responsible for:
Managing positions end to end:
including sourcing, publishing, interviewing, scheduling interviews, and making offers. Research of new ways/channels to generate pipeline, talent pool building Leading and deployment Employer Brand initiatives:
content generation, events organization among others In charge of iterate and apply improvements in recruitment processes, ensure an amazing candidate experience
Depending on hiring workload, ~-% of your work will be also involved in:
onboarding admin procedures (contrats, nda, creating HRIS profiles...), relocation support (visas,relocation guidelines), benefits deployment, and management Creating and executing new strategic projects related to Talent Acquisition:
performance management for new joiners, Global Onboarding Programme Diversity and Inclusion initiativesTaking to the next level our remote culture
