Job Description:

D. Catcher collaborates with a global tech with a leading online platform that helps companies source great on-demand and remote talent reliably.

We are looking for a Sales Developer to join their B2B Sales Team. You will be a key part of expanding the commercial outreach to digital companies in the country and part of the fastest-growing BU.

You will have to identify and assess each lead, investigating characteristics of these potential clients within a predefined criterion.

Their target clients are medium and large companies, and you need to be in touch with decision-makers, C-level executives, directors,

or business owners.


● Identify potential clients (leads) that match the criteria and contacts (decision-makers) within those organizations.

● Investigate creative ways of generating leads, being innovative.

● Understand and assess the quality of the leads found.

● Comprehensive knowledge about the Spanish market.


● At least 2 years experience in prospecting/lead generation.

● Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.

● Experience in tools as, Clear bit, and LI Sales Navigator is a plus.

● Broad knowledge of the tech/digital ecosystem, new technologies, and tools.

● Being familiar with a startup/agile culture and digital projects.

● Being detail-oriented and meticulous with your work. Keep track of the activities.

● Taking ownership and responsibility for your work.

● Having the ability to prioritize your tasks strategically to achieve the best outcomes.

● Sincere enthusiasm to service and solving client problems.

● Fluent English AND Spanish are a must.
