Job Description

The Digital Brand Campaign Manager ensures consistent digital marketing strategies and campaigns in alignment with the different Brands, Headquarter and global marketing plan.

Straumann Group created the role within the Team Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement. While the core team itself is situated in our global Headquarter in Basel, the bespoke position is based in Madrid, Spain. The Digital Brand Campaign Manager ensures outstanding end-to-end omni-channel go-to-market approaches by leveraging our global brands and help countries unlocking the value of digital marketing campaigns by adapting the brand strategy in consistency to the local markets.

- Manage and drive all aspects of digital marketing and directly support the Manager Digital Content & Marketing and is responsible for the global alignment of end-to-end multichannel go-to-market campaign concepts together with our global brand headquarters.

- Ensure consistent digital marketing strategies, concepts, and launch readiness of campaigns in alignment with the different Brand Headquarters and global marketing plan.

- Take part in global alignment meetings and shapes the planning and forecasting of global marketing campaigns.

- Ensuring global campaign launch readiness and campaign compatibility.

- Carrying out market research to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as predicting future trends.

- Provide end-to-end project management for high-complexity, multi-stakeholder projects with a strong focus on generating customer-value via digital strategies.

- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all online and offline channels of digital marketing.

- Assemble, coordinate, and manage interdisciplinary project teams from different countries in an inspiring way and drive the role of an internal digital key account manager. 

- Act as a consultant to internal customers such as country organizations and headquarters to advice on integrated digital marketing activities, lead briefing sessions, and translate approved concepts into tangible deliverables on time.

- Execute global digital marketing project plans as well as campaigns from beginning to execution readiness and monitor progress in close alignment with stakeholders. 

- Implement Straumann Group's digitally strategy with our businesses and adjust plans accordingly by conveying a consistent brand image. 

- Ensure professional, creative, quality marketing communication in line with company and product strategy.

- Continuously assess and improve processes along the customer journey and procedures for the entire customer experience. 

- Lead Marketing Communications projects and provide general recommendations and guidance to the business (countries) on Digital Marketing based on market insights as well as the global marketing plan. 

- Support management to control respective cost budgets, ensure careful resource planning within a project or work package.

- Support management of vendor and agency relationships where required. 

- Key account responsibilities by developing and sustaining solid relationships with internal stakeholders. 

- Acting as the main point of contact between Brand Headquarters and the global Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement team 


- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in marketing or business administration or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.

- 5+ years professional experience in leading digital marketing projects and go-to-market strategies in global environments (preferably medical device business).

- Additional postgraduate and professional qualifications

- Non-hierarchical team-oriented attitude, experienced in leading global project teams is advantage

- Strong track record within a marketing / or sales organization

- Certified project management training or equivalent (SCRUM, PMP, etc., …) 

- Scrum or agile project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 

- Proven track record of project management in an international matrix environment 

- Strong analytical skills with result orientation

- Ability to work independently

- Proactive and accountable person with distinct interpersonal skills to cultivate a network of effective working relationships in an international matrix environment

- Energetic, commercial, and performance-driven team player with entrepreneurial spirit and strong marketing and commercial execution abilities

- Able to translate data-driven insights and complex digital topics in a tangible way

- A passion for recent technology tools and full understanding of global digital marketing platforms

- Digitally driven mindset to prioritize pragmatic value driving activities with a measurable impact

- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills 

- Used to live and work in a multicultural environment

- Comfortable with up to 20% travelling

- High level of integrity and commitment 

- Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language is an advantage
