The Recruiting Programs Specialist role will specifically focus on optimizing and refining our recruiting processes and systems, through close partnership with the global TA team, HRIS, HR, and People Analytics.

What you’ll do:

- Become an expert in Gartner hiring processes and systems including Avature, ScoreForm, and Workday

- Support process design and implementation related to new system evaluations (Interview Management, Resume Scoring, CRM etc.)

- Serve as a point of contact for recruiting process inquiries and escalate to HRIS or other partners appropriately

- Partner closely with all TA Programs Channel leads to understand inconsistencies, best practices, and areas of opportunity, including University, Diversity, Events, Referrals & Talent Community

- Support TA training efforts related to system and process changes for both global and targeted audiences – including building training material and guides, facilitating live training sessions, hosting office hours and workshops

- Participate in or lead workstreams for other HR-led projects that impact recruiting process

Who you are:

- Superuser of core recruiting systems including Workday and Avature, & Scoreform

- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required

- Strong written and verbal communications skills

- Detail orientation, and strong sense of creativity

- Strong project management and organizational skillset

- Highly adaptable individual is a necessity

- Ability to collaborate with global partners
