Your role and work environment:



You will be part of the Easy Finance Team based in Madrid , the team responsible for the whole unsecured lending business in ING Spain. Particularly, you will have a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) role in the Point of Sale (POS) team within the Easy Finance Tribe.



You will have the opportunity to participate in the launch and development of the POS lending business . You will work in an international and multidisciplinary team of highly qualified professionals in an agile environment , bridging IT and business



Your key responsibilities:



You will support the POS commercial strategy



You will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding and integrating relevant ecommerce (merchants)



You will be responsible for negotiating with ecommerce (merchants)



You will be managing the relationship with the retailers we partnered with, including business monitoring and continuous performance improvement



You will be responsible for supporting the management of the POS finance P&L;, including pricing and campaigns with retailers, operational costs and risks costs.



You will be representing the voice of the customer, have a strong vision on how to attract consumers and focus continuously on improving the commercial offers.



You will work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, to make sure our offers comply with regulation and policies



What are we looking for?



Master or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.



Proven experience in POS finance of at least 2 years.



Proven experience in negotiation and partnership management.



Proven experience in Digital business



POS finance market knowledge, including market dynamics, players and value propositions



Experience in POS business KPI monitoring and profitability improvement
