The successful candidate will be an experienced Sales Director with full experience operating subsystems technical Sales in the below described Area. Experience within an international setting would be an ideal background. Experience in the Rolling stock would be the most favourable. Strong management skills. Main Tasks: Will be in charge of the Sales of all D&A; product portfolio. In charge of negotiation strategy with customers to get orders to achieve the order intake strategy/objectives. Work closely with all BU’s representative to develop and implement the Sales strategy. Ensure the implementation of the sales and operational (proper tender execution) strategy of his scope of responsibility. Follow-up customer satisfaction KPI’s and objectives fulfilment. Local lobbying, sales, Wabtec OE portfolio promotion. Capitalisation of WHY WON/WHY LOST for ALL tenders within his scope. Follow-up overdues objectives fulfilment. Action plan definition Skills and atributes : Organizational structure understanding. Strategic thinking. Able to build and lead sales strategic business plan. Excellent communication and influence skills Open mind, people oriented. Organized, methodical. Self-starter, entrepreneurial and proactive. Ability to motivate and coach a functional sales and team.
