Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate B2B sales professional with a proven track record in selling solutions with a tech sales approach.

The role focuses on providing potential clients with a deep understanding of the service and managing their sales cycles

Key responsibilities

• Prioritizing sales efficiency to optimize pipeline volume and conversion rate

• Recognizing customer necessities and adapting our solution to them.

• Closing deals & managing sales cycle from various sources: Inbound and outbound prospecting

• Being responsible for the main KPIs of the sales team: new customers acquisition and MRR

• Taking a key role in the design of the end-to-end sales process

• Managing sales pipeline and helping other team members to improve their performance (from market research to customer success)

• Being comfortable leading the sales cycle in 30 to 180 days.

• Presenting our demo tour to potential customers.


• Proven track record of sales success in tech solutions in B2B environments.

• 3 years of outbound prospecting tech sales experience.

• Strong understanding of SaaS.

• Autonomous and organized.

• Strong communication skills.

• Being able to connect business needs to solutions with a focus on problem-solving.

• Feeling comfortable in dealing with C level

• Proficiency in Spanish and English.

• BA or MA degree in business or technology

Data-driven mindset: you use data and numbers to reason opinions
