Digital Leader - Audit, Internal Control, Legal, Compliance, & Strategy-007008

Establish a power coupling with the Functional leaders of Internal Audit, Internal Control, Legal, Compliance, and Strategy. The mission is to support in defining the IT strategy for these capabilities through strong collaboration, having an excellent understanding of the current and future critical processes, and ensuring that the appropriate digital IT landscape is defined, deployed, supported, and sunset effecively and efficiently.

To act as the primary point of contact of Schneider Digital for the Capability Owners of Audit, Internal Control, Legal,

Compliance and Strategy where coordination is key to the success through effective collaboration of both internal and external IT professionals.

This role is critical to the successful partnership between Schneider Digital and these Global Functions, securing the appropriate IT journey to automate, standardise and improve the digital tools and processes.

Define the IT application strategy securing the future of the relevant applications through effective archiving, performance optimisation, effective database management, upgrade strategy, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Plans

Own and manage the Total Cost Of Ownership for both Global and Local IT applications and solutions supporting Audit, Legal, Complaince and Strategy domains.

Create Power Coupling with defined Capability Owners ensuring effective collaboration, defining Product Roadmaps, Product Evolutions, new solutioning, and appropriate deployment strategy.

Effective direction of Global Delivery, ensuring execution of deployment strategy, and product run/support excellence

Act as primary point of contact for all associated escalations across responisble applications ensuring effective collaboration with the appropriate teams to ensure timely return of operations and minimal downtime.

Executing internal administrative processes necessary to execute above responsibilities such as reviewing SOW's, requesting spend approval, and raising Purchase requisitions.


University degree or further education degree in computer science or equivalent

Minimum 10 years of experience of managing complex IT projects

Demonstrated experience in working between IT and business as a BRM or application owner

Strong expertise and understanding of…

- Database management

- Application integrations

- Defining effective SLA's

- Process and solution governance

Strong influencing skills, abiliity to influence and direct others.

Interpersonal skills: listening, open-minded, curious, collaborative, effective leader and motinvator, facilitator, negotiator, sense of responsibility

Very effective communicator and ability to develop trusted relationship with both business and technical experts.

IT technical expertise is nice to have, but not necessarilly and expert in the underlying technologies

Very structured, organised, and very curious by nature. Strong willingness to investigate and discover appropriate solutions for very diverse function owners.
