Following the company development program, we inform you that there is a new internal opportunity in Almirall



You will be part of a highly visible Global Talent Acquisition team focused on having an impact on the business whilst leading recruitment for multiple roles at senior level in different areas and geographies within the organization. The best candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition,

forging dynamic relationships and having a reputation for being exceptional at candidate and stakeholder management.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Partner with internal / external stakeholders to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage stakeholder expectations through a deep understanding of each position

- Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate shortlist within an appropriate and consistent timeline

- Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically

- Be a brand ambassador by ensuring that candidates understand our values and company’s strategy

- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting

- Lead and deliver strategic cross functional projects within an appropriate and consistent timeline


- Bachelor's degree

- Additional training in HR is a plus

Specific Knowledge

- Fluency in English and Spanish. Fluency in other languages is a plus

- Expert user of LinkedIn, social recruitment website and experience working with an ATS for candidate management

- Ability to build and maintain trust-based, collaborative relationships and influence others

- Strategic mindset with strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills

- Ability to prioritize, demonstrates sense of urgency and able to drive results

- Understanding of the value of providing amazing customer service and candidate experience

- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member

- Self-starter with natural tendency to take initiative and work independently

- MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook


- More than 5 years’ experience as a senior recruiter within a company or in an executive search including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting at international level

- Experience in managing and prioritizing high number of searches, projects and client relationships

- Experience in recruiting different type of profiles, including senior level positions in different geographies

- Experience in developing, driving and delivering cross-functional projects

- Experience in pharma or healthcare industry is desirable
