YOUR MISSION



You will form part of the Client Executive team, responsible for opening Business Opportunities in Germany. You will work closely with our Senior Client Executive in Stuttgart, while collaborating with the rest of the team in our Barcelona Office.



ABOUT THE ROLE



- Drive the sales & business development for German market

- Be the first point of contact at TieTalent

- Network and build relationships with clients

- Onboard suitable clients on our TieTalent marketplace

- Presenting TieTalent in different digital and non-digital channels

- Collaborate closely with the Talent Agent team in opening new mandates

- Highly perform in company acquisition

- Identify solutions that match to our clients needs

- Take responsibility to fulfill our mission



WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR



- Language skills: English (C1+/C2) and German (C1+/C2)

- Professional experience: 2-3 years of experience in Sales

- Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in any discipline with a strong academic track record

- Strong ambition and desire to have an impact

- Strong communication skills

- You see opportunities instead of problems

- You love working in a fast-paced and quick to change the environment

- You are a true warrior, believe in our mission, and ready to change the hiring industry

- Previously worked in a recruitment marketplace/recruitment industry
