Their growth and solution-oriented services are acknowledged by the most progressive brands and leading companies they are now working with. They became one of the biggest international customer experience solution providers with more than 75.000 multilingual employees in over 50 countries around the world and they are looking for new members to join them in their journey in their Malaga hub.

The Job.

– Manage partner forecasting/partners performance by tracking tools.

– Be responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities detected, and driving successful and profitable closure of deal rate.

– Responsible for a portfolio of partners and to develop their business sell out, growth and margin, based on the Strategy.

– Gain a thorough understanding of the partner market and the competition (through tools and reports made available as well as reviews with reseller). Determine if or not resellers are interested in BU solutions.

– Define the BU's target resellers. Identify gaps and define activities to close gaps based on share of wallet, growth rate, program qualification/certification, and identify gaps and establish actions to close gaps. Grow BU with a partner by working together on a plan.

The Profile.

– You are a Native Speaker in Norwegian

– You have a fluent level of English

– You have Experience in working in Channel environment (Experience in woking with partners/distributors a plus)

– You are familiar with Channel programs

– You have excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills

– You have an outstanding ability to organize, work together with a Team and prioritize your responsibilities

– You are familiar with sales CRMs and Microsoft office

The Offer.

– 39 hours/week

– Regular schedule: 9:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday.

– Salary: 20.000 euros gross/year + up to 2.400 euros gross/year
