In this role you will: Directly manage eCommerce customer relationships across Italy, Spain, Portugal & Greece; Have accountability and ownership of customer P&Ls; responsible for forecasting, commercial planning, reporting and investment / budget management. Create and own joint business plans with customers, as well as inputting into plans with omni-channel customers to drive growth initiatives in the online space to support the broader Europe and Global ecommerce strategy; Work cross functionally to drive capability and collaboration with key business partners, to build integrated plans which drive change, differentiation, incremental sales and ROI; Work with Category Development and NRM to deliver Diageo’s category strategy and grow sales sustainably and profitably for the future; Analyse KPIs and metrics to identify trends, generate sales growth and maximize conversion; Lead Diageo’s exploration of the e-Commerce environment and test, evaluate and scale innovative Digital Marketing activities to drive traffic and sales with key customers; About you Commercial acumen – you are a commercial expert, tenacious in the pursuit of creating sustainable value. You have managed complex customers with P&L; accountability, negotiated JBPs and managed budgets. You have a record of delivering brilliant execution. Digital – you are a day-to-day digital native, you have experience managing online business and you are curious and passionate about this area, keeping up with trends, competitor activity & discovering / driving the platforms of the future. Experience in Digital Marketing is beneficial. Analytical skills – you have the ability to synthesise and analyse data, generating meaningful insights and recommendations. Agility – you are able to work in a fast moving, matrix organisation, you champion speed and simplification, and you have the ability to build and leverage brilliant relationships to deliver amazing outcomes. Effective communicator, clear on desired outcomes and always driving simplicity; Able to build strong networks & relationships, holding the tension as required both internally and externally; Passionate about this agenda, acting as a catalyst to those around you Fluent in English & Spanish.
