Technical and commercial advice on our BONDERITE product portfolio in the areas of cleaning / degreasing, pickling, pretreatment and surface treatment

Acquisition of new customers and development of the existing customer base

Develop and execute local sales plans and tactics

Use of our CRM program (ACE) and management of new media and communication platforms

Coordination of projects with important international clients with the aim of seizing new potential and duplicating successes in other locations 

Concept for the harmonization of prices and the adjustment of the product portfolio for the main international customers 


Well-founded technical training, preferably with a master's degree, at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent, in the field of chemical process engineering or electroplating with additional commercial or sales qualifications in metal pretreatment field

At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally already in the technical service in the field of metal pretreatment

Have fun selling and developing customer-specific process solutions with an existing product portfolio

Negotiation feeling and persuasive skills Team Working and problem solving approach

A high level of initiative and ambition to drive sales and profitability for medium and large customers in the general industry

Excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as organizational skills

Business fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese could be valuable)
