National Key Account Manager

Location: Madrid

As Key Account Manager, you will manage national Key Accounts within our Electrical Retail Channel, as well as the relation with their stores. You define and manage the sales targets and work to create win-win partnerships for the long-term.


Operational Responsibilities:

- Leading and spearheading the relationship with your key customer, you’ll look beyond this year’s sales and into the horizon, always focusing on what will drive growth in the future. That involves building trust through understanding your customer’s needs, ensuring deliveries in a timely manner, resolving any upcoming issues directly and serving as link between your customer and other teams internally.

- You also negotiate campaigns and make sure that your key customer and their store personnel has the right education to drive sell-out.

- You will take our accounts to the next level by generating new sales that turn into long-lasting relationships as well as take the lead towards maximizing the turnover and optimizing the profitability of the defined key accounts. You’ll hit targets your way, always with the customer experience front of mind.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business 2 Business Sales.

- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or equivalent.

- Proven experience in Key Account Management.

- Excellent relationship building skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

- Strong analytical skills and a financial understanding.

- Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Excel.

Required Languages: Fluent English and Spanish
