Role Purpose.

Having overall responsibility for capturing, manipulating, analysing, interpreting and presenting results of all transportation, supply chain and business data.

Providing the procurement and supply chain engineering team full support on data prepration and creation of baseline information to be used at sourcing activities and /or supply chain analysis

Responsible for providing hands-on assistance to the accounts team on setting up new processes, KPIs, compliances audits, controls and reporting...

Providing specialist support pertaining to carrier / lane rates,

complete bespoke benchmarking / comparison exercises and provide data analysis and support where required ultimately supporting the Procurement function with the creation of robust data sets.

Perform day to day sourcing activities

Be the superuser of PowerBI and any other reporting/data software used by the account. Able to use it proficiently and deploying it across the account team and customer if necessary.

Additional activities will include (but not be limited to) the preparation of central reports ready for timely and accurate submission to the customer centrally and or to business units, to internal senior management team and the accounts team,to name a few: baseline,spend reports, KPIs, FB&A; reports, fuel and market indexes, etc....


Carrier Database - Accessing, using, updating Carrier database as and when required. Working with the Central PCM analyst and PCM team to ensuring carriers' compliance documentation is updated and readilly available in the database.

Provide data capture and thorough analysis of the customers' supply chain network and transportation flows, spend, profiles, carriers, lanes, and all other information relating to it.

Manage all elements of data including performing procurement and carrier rate benchmarking exercises as requested by the business. Compile rates from across all business units and maintain them centrally to support and provide ease of access for benchmarking comparison.

Working with the sourcing team to stablish standard rates templates, ensuring those are updated, stored and duly communicated to the business units as and when changed.

Leverage relationships with Internal stakeholders

Working closely with the sourcing and implementation teams setting up plans, check lists, carriers communications, processess and documents as required

Mandatory Requirements for the Job

Language requirements, English ( Fluent) European languages (Polish, Czech, Spanish, French & German Advantageous)

Experience of analyzing large amounts of data using recognized processes and methodologies, experience of procurement rate comparison and transport experience (air, ocean and land)

3-5 years demonstrable stakeholder management experience and Customer Management (essential)

Ability to effectively manage time and resources including the ability to prioritize tasks

IT Literate - strong IT knowledge and keeness to learn new systems

Planning and Organisation essential
