Role Responsibilities

Role Mission

- Join a diverse, talented, and growing team reshaping ways in which Beam Suntory engage with consumer and customer digitally. The role will play a key role in collaborating with digital and ecommerce teams globally to drive technology roadmap and enabling capabilities to support content needs across different channels in a connected manner.

- The role is expected to bring strong knowledge and understand of different systems like Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM) and other content repositories and integration with consumer and customer experience platforms,

- The role will have a broad role working with a cross functional team consisting of Global Digital Marketing, Brand Manager, Regional Marketing, Enterprise Information Management and development teams.

- Manage demand projects using the agile method, including training key stakeholders to operate using the same method; as well as training the stakeholders on the access of the tools. Daily stands up, cross functional collaboration and driving towards a common goal. Supporting teams to ensure demand is met and meeting objectives of the brand, digital marketing and local markets.

- The role will also work on defining policies and procedures supporting end users, onboard, offboard and manage and maintain these systems to ensure they are kept current based on demand.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and drive IT engagement in the area of digital content lifecycle and consumption with different downstream capabilities to enable consumer and customer engagement. The channels included Brand sites, content syndication, eCommerce and commercial capabilities with partners and customers.

- Will drive roadmap development and capability identification to support digital and ecommerce strategy globally

- Work with cross functional team both with business partners, enterprise information management, enterprise architecture, security, legal and IT teams to lead capability development.

- Will have experience working using agile methodology, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to establish project plans, risk management, milestones and deliverables using agile framework and principles.

- Learning ability and adaptability is key

- Support team members objectives and contribute to a positive team culture.

- Manage a solution backlog and inventory, continuously reprioritizing as necessary. Drive consistency of delivery across geographies and services while ensuring the delivery is within our technology stack.

Qualifications & Experience


- Strong experience in implementation and working with content management solutions like Product Information Management (PIM) eg PimCore/ Salsify, Digital Asset Management (DAM) like Widen, Adobe Asset

- Strong Experience with multi-channel content integration and content syndication with internal and external systems. Understanding of leveraging API and micro services.

- Adept in working closely with and identifying business needs, problems or opportunities, define the nature of the solution that meets the requirements.

- Relationship Management / IT partner: Play a key role in collaborating with key stakeholders.

- Quality: QA testing and quality deployment to ensure quality products are deployed to production.

- Security & Compliance: Apply security/legal/compliance requirements to all of our products and projects we deploy, follow security legal and data protection privacy policies.

- Architectural design: Follow BSI technology stack standards

- Perform other work-related duties

Experience & Qualifications

- Overall 10+ years of experience with progressively expanding role within Digital and eCommerce

- 3+ years of experience in content management solutions like PIM, DAM and building integrated digital ecosystem

- Experience with digital content syndication to partner and B2B2C channels

- Experience working with Agile Framework

- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely delivery of solutions.

- Ability to build relationships and trust with a variety of business partners quickly; strong verbal and written communication skills; capacity to multi-task and provide effective follow up; sense of urgency to drive results and deadlines in a dynamic and changing environment.

- Prior consulting experience preferred
