- IT Infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting

ork Assignments

aily operation of the ALK IT infrastructure, concerning:



1



. Performing patch management of 3rd party (non-Microsoft)

applications



2



. Qualifying, documenting and keeping updated the patching process



3



. Close collaboration with Infrastructure Services IT Architects



4



. Participate in package deployment



5



. Participating in IT Operations related projects



6



. Monitoring & Troubleshooting of infrastructure alerts



7



. Successful fulfilment of IT service delivery commitments.



8



. Documentation of own area and praxis



9



. Comply with EU GMP & FDA 21 CFR part 11

ompetences





C





ompetences required to fulfil the area of responsibilities and work assignments:





1. Experience with 3rd party or Microsoft patching processes





2. Experience with Flexera SVM cloud patching system is an advantage





3. Experience in IT system administration





4. Experience with Microsoft technologies such as OM & SCCM/MECM





5. Experience with scripting (Jscript-Javascript, VBScript, Powershell)





5. Proactive and analytical mindset as well as taking responsibility





6. Fluent in written and spoken English





7. Able to travel internationally





8. Knowledge of GxP pharma environments is an advantage
