As Service Engineer you are part of Belden’s Customer Innovation Center team. You are a technology expert providing Pre and Post Sales technical support to regional customers and partners both offsite and onsite. With in-depth technology knowledge about Belden solutions, you are able to solve complex technical challenges with customer installations and follow up regularly. Training and sharing technology insights both internally and externally is part of your daily tasks.

• Technical contact for regional Sales and Channel partners for day to day to support
• Provide on-field support in projects and other initiatives as per strategy defined by regional Sales
• Support sales and solution consultant in the development of technical solutions to meet customer requirements (e.g. PoC)
• Execute technology workshops and trainings as per customer/project requirements
• Solve post sales technical issues through CIC ticketing system
• Reporting projects and customers’ feedback to Sales and Business Unit/BEC
This is you
• 5+ years of experience in customer facing technical experience in supporting industrial technologies
• Engineering Graduate with focus on IT or Process Automation, Masters preferred
• Able to diagnose complex network architecture and provide customer ad-hoc solutions and/or trainings
• Technical know-how in Industrial Ethernet and technologies like Cloud, ICS
• Experience of working within a medium to large sized international organization.
• Experience of successfully operating in a matrix environment.
• Experience of working with cross functional teams, including Sales, Marketing and Product Development.
• Proven track record within a service role in a market and industry relevant to the Belden organization.
