We need to hire a Head of Customer Service Iberia for the function Business Services Land Transport in Iberia. He/She will be responsible to delivery high levels of customer service, improving customer satisfaction and driving KPI's and improving cost efficiency, and will manage the subordinate teams.


- To ensure the department operates in accordance with company policies and following standard process.

- Responsible for staffing requirements and selection.

- Contributes to the overall achievement of the budgeted Land business financial result in the branch through the management and optimization of subordinate processes.

- Manage Customer Service budget.

- Accepting, implementing and executing cluster/country KPI´s.

- Definition of branch related Customer Service KPI´s

- Responsibility of optimizing the administrative processes by increasing their efficiency and reducing costs.


- Multi-year working experience in managing projects as well as analyzing and improving processes in Business Services .

- Solid understanding of Business Services landscape in Land Transport across Europe.

- Proven working experience as a customer service manager.

- Operational knowledge of software, databases and customer service tools.

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of needs.

- Leadership skills to successfully run a team.

- Excellent communication and intercultural skills to drive alignment and collaboration.

- High level of English language.
