The role

Join this global brand as a Sales Development Representative and your mission will be to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from Quiver Tree Media products and services. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. As the first line of communication with prospects, we'll expect you to have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting Quiver Tree Media sales closers up for success.

Your day to day at work

- Represent the company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research

- Identify and meet client’s needs

- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets

- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps

- Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook

- Use CRM, make cold calls and email to generate new sales opportunities

- Identify the needs of potential customers and suggest suitable products/services

- Establish long-term trusting relationships with potential customers to qualify them as sales opportunities

- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

- Organize meetings or calls between clients and sales executives

- Inform the sales manager with weekly and monthly results

- Report to VP Business Development
