We are hiring an HR Generalist to assist the HR Manager in providing effective support across all HR operational tasks as well taking an active role in the end-to-end recruitment processes, helping to increase the talent pipeline for the company. 


Personnel Administration:

- Ensuring accurate payroll delivery, including preview and audit. Daily contact with the payroll provider regarding existing employees, monthly salary changes, new hires, renewals and leavers and payments of any kind.

- Updating internal databases(PeopleSoft & Taleo)

- Preparing and amending HR documents

- Reporting regularly on HR metrics

- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related issues

Social Benefits administration: 

- Directing and planning day-to-day benefits programs: Life insurance, Health insurance, meal allowance, flexible compensation, company car, pension plan, equity programs & stock purchase plan for employees.

- Maintaining relationships with external benefits providers to ensure they are both efficient and competitive.

- Handling tax benefits for Regional roles based in Spain.

- Providing effective training on benefits to new hires.


- Handling approval process for business requests

- Assisting managers on developing and updating job descriptions

- Working closely with the European Resourcing Team to source and attract applicants by using databases & social media.

- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.

HR Initiatives & Projects:

- Participating together with the HR team on implementing new HR initiatives

- Keeping in touch with other HR colleagues in Europe to share best practices, asking for guidance or offering assistance.

- Making suggestions on improving employee engagement

- Working on building new HR policies or procedures as required.




- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. (Masters in HR would be a positive)

- High English level (verbal & written); a third European Language is a plus

- Proficiency Microsoft Office user (Excel spreadsheets & Org Charts)

- Experience using PeopleSoft and Taleo HR systems is desirable

- Experience in Human resources, preferably in multinational company

- Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and procedures

- Experience working with payroll and benefits administration

- Experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Good numerical and analytical skills 

- Strong planning and execution skills

- Ability to build relationships with internal colleagues across both local and regional lines and work as part of a team.

- Strong customer focus and solutions oriented

- Able to demonstrate a dedication to integrity and ethics
