Responsibilities



“Contrato de Prácticas” for an initial duration of 6 months. This contract will have a total duration of 2 years and will be renewed twice.



Please note that to qualify for this position, you can not have been working under this type of contract previously.



Please note that your studies must have been completed for less than 5 years ago or the candidate must be less than 30 years old



Fluent English is required for this position, therefore please submit your CV and Cover Letter in English.



RESPONSIBILITIES





- Liaise with different departments locally (Marketing and Sales) to keep track of P&A; budget and actual expenses.



- Collaboration in the reporting to HO, running reports and analyzing the data.

- Assist with month-end/quarter-end processes.

- Accounting of expense reports.

- Supervision of invoices archiving.

- Follow up of AP and AR outsourced activities, producing daily reports and analysis of KPIs.

- Assist with external, internal, statutory, tax and title audits.

- Assist with any other ad hoc projects.





Qualifications/Requirements



SKILLS REQUIRED





- Good track record as a team player

- Ability to cope in a fast, dynamic environment

- Willingness to work flexible hours with tight deadlines.

- Willingness to learn and can-do attitude

- Ability to self-motivate and a drive to deliver

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

- Written and verbal communication skills, and ability to analyze and present financial data

- Keen interest in films & the entertainment industry





REQUIREMENTS



Requirements:





- University Degree in Economics or Business Administration. University Diploma or Certificate will be requested.

- The studies must have been finished less than 5 years ago or the candidate must be less than 30 years old

- Fluent in English.
